AIVision ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and disclose personal information, in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

What we collect

• Information you give us through our website forms, by email or on calls: your name, business name, email address, phone number, state, team size and details of what you need help with.
• Member information needed to deliver our services, such as details about your systems, workflows and data that you choose to share with us.
• Technical information such as your IP address and browser type, which is processed automatically when you visit our website.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange calls, onboarding and AI health checks.
• To provide, manage and bill our membership services.
• To send you service updates and, if you agree, our newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use member data to train AI models.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run our business, and share only what each needs:

• Form delivery: website enquiries are sent to us by email through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co).
• Website hosting: our website is hosted by Netlify.
• Fonts: our website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address.
• Email and business tools we use to communicate with you and deliver our services.

Some of these providers may store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled in line with the APPs.

Cookies and analytics

Our website does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy.

Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We keep information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law, then securely delete it.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or make a privacy complaint, by emailing hello@aussii.au. We will respond within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
